Hey hey! I’m so excited to team up with you to pull off something that’s going to be absolutely incredible.
The Book More Weddings Summit is a 5-day event that will help wedding professionals attract more of their ideal clients and book more weddings so they can be more profitable and grow their wedding businesses. Our previous summits typically attract 3,000+ attendees and of those attendees, 13%-18.9% of them upgraded to the All-Access Pass.
On this page, you’ll find all kinds of resources meant to make your life as an affiliate as easy as possible and answer any questions you might have. If you run into a question I didn’t answer, email me at email@example.com.
If you've been a part of events including webinars, summits, or other collaborative offerings and found that they didn't go so smoothly or benefit you as an affiliate you can rest assured. This summit has been in the works for months and I’ll make things as easy for you as possible!

How it'll all work
Let’s do a quick rundown of how the whole thing will work.
The event will run from October 18th-22nd with 5-6 pre-recorded presentations running each day. These presentations will include about 30 minutes of actionable content (with up to a 3-minute pitch), a worksheet that follows along with or complements the presentation, and a place in the Facebook group for attendees to ask questions about what they learned from you.
Along with the live presentations, there will be a Facebook group for attendees to hang out in, hold each other accountable, and ask all of us additional questions. If attendees have good questions while your presentation is going on, you’ll be able to go live in the Facebook group for a bit of an encore to answer those questions, connect with the attendees, and provide even more value. (The additional Facebook live is not required.)
While the presentations themselves are pre-recorded, all speakers are asked to interact with attendees in the Attendee Facebook group. There is no video component (unless you want to do a Facebook live to answer questions!), so attendance in pjs is recommended
Leading up to the summit, we’ll have 2-3 weeks of promotion. You’ll be provided with email swipe copy, social media swipe copy, and social media graphics to make it all easy! I'll even have a suggested posting/sending schedule for you to make promo easy to outsource to a VA.
During the promotion phase, as the summit is running, and for a week after the summit is complete, we’ll also be promoting the All-Access Pass and the Wedding Pro Power Pack. The All-Access Pass includes lifetime access to all of the trainings and worksheets as well as transcripts of each presentation.
The Wedding Pro Power Pack includes everything in the All-Access Pass plus VIP networking sessions, VIP co-working sessions, and a VIP hot seat session, as well as additional bonuses the speakers will throw in. This will provide immense value to our attendees, while making the work of promoting and creating a presentation worthwhile by allowing you to bring in affiliate commissions. Woop!
While summits are great for overall visibility and making new connections, a little extra income never hurts either, right?
That’s exactly why I’ve set up an affiliate program for the All-Access Pass and the new Wedding Pro Power Pack where you’ll receive a commission from all sales from the traffic you refer to the event. Payouts will be made by November 5, 2021.
The All-Access Pass provides lifetime access to the presentations, transcripts, and worksheets. The Wedding Pro Power Pack includes everything in the All-Access Pass plus VIP Networking Sessions, VIP Co-Working Sessions, a VIP Hot Seat Session, and access to the bonuses provided by all of us speakers.
The commission structure is as follows:
- 40% for all affiliates
All-Access Pass Pricing:
- $47 for 15 minutes after initial opt-in (this is tailored to each registrant and will be available for new registrants no matter when they sign up)
- $77 from the end of that 15-minute promo through Oct 17th, 2021 (day before the summit begins).
- $97 from Oct 18th until cart closes on Oct 29th.
Wedding Pro Power Pack Pricing:
- $77 for 15 minutes after initial opt-in (this is tailored to each registrant and will be available for new registrants no matter when they sign up)
- $137 from the end of that 15-minute promo through Oct 17th, 2021 (day before the summit begins).
- $177 from Oct 18th until cart closes on Oct 29th.
To make it as easy as possible for you to generate extra income, the Resource Vault includes things like email swipe copy, social media copy, and social share graphics. However, you’re more than welcome to write your own copy and even run your own Facebook ads.

As with all affiliate promotions, be sure to disclose that you’re an affiliate when sharing with your audience.

How To Promote
On top of the resource vault, I want to make sure I give you plenty of ideas on how to promote the summit so that you can kill it with affiliate sales. Take as many as these ideas as you like and run with them!
1. Email More Than Once
Emailing your list more than once about the summit is an easy way to increase registrations. Grab the emails from the Resource Vault and schedule them now so you don't have to worry about them.
2. Add Value
The point of Book More Weddings Summit is to help wedding professionals book more weddings so you can easily add value to your emails, blog posts, video content, podcast, and social media posts by providing a few of your top tips for booking more weddings and then promoting the free summit. That way, you're providing value in your promotion.
3. Co-Host A Facebook Or Instagram Live With Me
Want to run a Facebook live for your group or page or an Instagram live to talk about the summit and everything people will learn? Let's do it! Email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and let's set it up.
4. Highlight Speakers On Social Media (and tag them!)
Share who attendees will learn from during the summit and be sure to tag those speakers for increased visibility to your post!
5. Run ads
You can absolutely run any kind of ad to your affiliate link if you'd like. If you'd like to know what your conversion rate was last time around, email me at email@example.com and I'll let you know. Overall, the conversion rate for the All-Access Pass is usually 13%-18%.
6. Don't Stop Sharing Just Because The Summit Has Started
The cart doesn't close until Oct 29th so don't stop sharing on social media and emailing just because the summit has started. Tell people they still have time to grab the absolutely value-packed All-Access Pass even if the live summit has already ended.
7. Schedule Your Promo In Advance
You may not feel like doing a bunch of promo the week of the summit so make it easy on yourself and schedule it now!
